Developer Relations roles have never been in demand more than they are now. Finding someone with developer advocacy experience, who likes talking to other developers, isn't the easiest to find.
Here's the thing though, I wholeheartedly believe that many developers can easily pick up developer advocacy. Developers are passionate and they do really enjoy discussing tech with others who understand it.
