App Settings

You can access app settings by clicking the settings gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation menu. Your settings allow you to configure a number of options for Common Room.


Signals	Manage data signals that are connected to your room.
Tags	Manage your Contact, Activity, and Organization tags.
Fields	Manage fields shown on member and organization profiles.
Team access	Manage user permissions and team access, including the full list of users and their roles.
Hidden	View and manage all members and topics that are hidden from search results and activity.
API tokens	Configure API tokens that can be used with the Common Room Community REST API .
Webhooks	Configure webhooks to send out notifications to external services based on Common Room activity.
Notifications	Manage all active notifications set across your Common Room instance.
Display	Choose how Common Room looks to you.
General	Update key information about your organization, room name, and more.
