Default Contact Signals

Overview
Common Room provides a default set of signals for Contacts. These signals can range from standard attributes about the Contact such as job title or location but also cover other aspects of Contacts such as whether they have recently changed jobs.
Use all of the standard signals below to ensure you are best targeting Contacts for your business goals.
Default Contact Signal List
Signal | Description |
---|---|
Contact tags | Default or custom tags that are applied to a Contact. |
Contact segment | Segments that a Contact is part of. |
Title | A Contact's job title. |
Role | A Contact’s role within an organization |
Location | Where a Contact is located. |
Impact Points | An aggregation of a Contact’s activities across community and social sources. |
Programming Language | Languages the Contact is known to use or interact with. |
First Active | The first date of Contact-initiated activity captured in Common Room. |
Last Active | The most recent date of Contact-initiated activity captured in Common Room. |
First Seen | The first date at which the Contact was detected in Common Room within the selected sources. |
Job Change | An indication that a Contact has changed jobs within a defined time range. |
Team | A field to identify whether or not a Contact is on your team. |
Activity Level | The percentile of how active a Contact is versus other Contacts in your room. |
Has Organization | A field to identify if a Contact is associated with an Organization. |
Has Any Email | A field to identify if a Contact has an email address. |
Has Primary Email | A field to identify if a Contact has an email address that matches the domain of the Organization they are associated with. |
Has Phone Number | A field to identify if a Contact has a phone number, |
