How to get started

  1. Ensure that your G2 data is accessible via fields on your Salesforce objects (e.g. lead, contact, account, opportunity) or Hubspot (e.g. contact, company, deal)
  2. Create custom fields in Common Room that will store the G2 data
  3. Use our inbound data field mapping for Salesforce or Hubspot to map the G2 data into Common Room.
