Gradual Integration Guide

Common Room’s Gradual integration allows you to add community data like event activity, content consumption, and conversations happening in Gradual in Common Room.

Combine Gradual signals with other contact activity in channels like Slack, Twitter, GitHub, LinkedIn, and more to get a full picture of community performance and insights to accelerate your community flywheel.

Availability

The Gradual integration is included on Enterprise, Team and Starter plans.

How to get started

1. Create an API signal and API token in Common Room
2. Go to your "Integrations" page in Gradual and select the Common Room integration
3. Enter the signal destination ID and API token
4. Save the configuration to start seeing your Gradual data imported into Common Room!
