Overview
Connect Skilljar to track enrollment, course completion, and user information.
Availability
The Skilljar integration with Common Room is available on all plans.
Contacts and Activities
Common Room will create Contacts and Activity for every Skilljar user who has enrolled in a course.
Import History and Frequency
When the integration is first configured, Common Room will import the full course and user history from Skilljar.
Once the integration is set up, Common Room will fetch new data every 6 hours.
Required Permissions
To configure Common Room’s Skilljar integration you’ll need to have access to an account in your Skilljar instance that can create API keys.
Our integration leverages Skilljar’s official API and adheres to its terms of service. Our integration is read-only and does not write any data to Skilljar.
How To Get Started
Navigate to your Common Room settings page and select Skilljar, then follow the in-app instructions.
