FAQ
A company was pulled in as a Contact in my Common Room. Why did that happen and how can I fix it?
If a company has an account on X/Twitter or LinkedIn that makes posts that mention a keyword being tracked by your X/Twitter or LinkedIn signal that company would be pulled in as a Contact in Common Room. If you'd prefer to not see these Contacts in the platform, you can choose to "Hide" them.
