Community Health at a Glance

Last updated Aug 28th, 2024

Community health at a glance surfaces key community health metrics so you can easily track objectives and key results (OKRs) and measure the impact of your community. The following modules are available:

  • Community health at a glance: A summary of all key metrics in the report: total membership, total engagement rate, total active Contacts, total activity, sentiment, top membership by region, response rate, and most active Contacts.
  • Membership: Displays the total number of Contacts in the community, across all signals in the specified time window. This is the most common way to show growth.
  • Engagement: Displays the engagement rate and changes in the specified time window on how much your community is engaging.
  • Active Contacts: A similar metric to engagement, 'active Contacts' shows the total number of active Contacts in your community.
  • Activity by signal: Displays total activity count, broken down by signal, so you can see where your community is engaging.
  • Sentiment: The summary of positive and negative sentiment across all your community activity, by this Contact cohort, in a given time period.
  • Contacts by region: Common Room determines location information for Contacts based on the integrations you have connected. We then geo-code this information into regions and show where in the world your Contacts have the strongest presence. Current regions are shown in Common Room include
    • APAC - Asia / Pacific
    • EMEA - Europe, Middle East and Africa
    • JPN - Japan
    • LATAM - Central and South America
    • NAMER - United States and Canada
  • Community responsiveness: Displays how responsive your community is to each other, across all signals, in the given time window.
  • Most active Contacts: Displays the top five most active Contacts, which platforms they are active on, what their total activity count is, and last activity.
