Common Room offers the ability to set up a recurring email that provides a summary of the community activity in your room. This functionality is available for enterprise customers. Please work with your success manager to set up this functionality.

The summary email consists of the following sections:
Pulse of the community: Get a quick overview of the total number of conversations, new contacts and new organizations that were discovered in your room for the selected time interval.
Conversations by signal: Get a quick overview of the total number of conversations happening across the various signals you have connected in you room.
AI summarization of conversations: Use our AI summarization technology to summarize the top topics and conversations into broad categories like feature requests, bugs & complaints and product appreciation.
Member and Organization growth: Get a quick overview of the new members and organizations that were discovered in your room during the selected time interval.
