Requirements
Plan and role
The following is required to view the Business Overview reports:
- Either the Team and Enterprise plans
- Common Room user must be assigned `admin` role

Team Usage Overview consists of the following pre-built reports.

User engagement | Quickly understand the DAU, WAU and MAU of Common Room usage |
User activity | Get a breakdown of the user actions that your users are taking within Common Room |
Segment activity | Get a breakdown of user actions in Common Room by segment |
FAQ
How are WAU and MAU defined?
WAU is calculated on a rolling 7 day window and MAU is calculated on a rolling 30 day window.
