The settings tab lets you automatically manage Segments, Organizations, and their statuses.
Auto-add/remove Contacts to a Segment
This setting enables you to automatically manage the Segments and Organizations that are added and removed from your segment. Learn how to use this feature here.
Auto-update statuses in a Segment
Similar to automatically managing Segments and Organizations, you can use the Auto-update statuses option to automatically manage your Segments.
Automatic criteria for changing status is only available for Segments which have status values created. On the Segment's home page, you can click the edit button in the “Status” section to add or change statuses.
Log
The Segment log displays Contacts who have had any action taken (for example, if their status changed, or if they were removed from the Segment) along with the exact date and time it occurred.
FAQ
When auto-add/remove is configured, what happens when I manually remove a Contact from a Segment?
Yes, a Contact who still meets the criteria you set for auto-add/remove will be re-added to the Segment within two hours after removing them manually.
Can you sort a view in ascending/descending order based on one of the column values?
Yes, by selecting "Edit columns" and selecting the " Choose default column to sort by" option at the bottom of the pop-up.
